Review: Good Vinegary & Salty Flavor, Crispy & Light Chips, 100 Cals A Bag - The Sea Salt & Vinegar Pop Chips are my favorite variety. I hadn’t had these in a couple years, and the seasoning is as good as I remember. These have a sharp vinegary taste and also taste salty, of course. The flavor is kind of odd but strangely addictive. I like that the chips are crisp. They’re an inconsistent thickness I don’t recall from the past, but I don’t really care about that. I like that one bag is only 100 calories (though it only weighs 23g) as it satisfies that desire I get for chips sometimes and is a lot lower in fat and calories than eating regular potato chips. These are processed food and taste kind of weird, but I enjoy them anyway. 4.5 Stars. PS: I’m not factoring it into my rating, but my last order only had two months on the expiration date as I bought them May 26, 2021 and just noticed the expiration date is July 29, 2021. That seems on the short side for 24 small bags.

A: if anyone is under medical weight loss this bag can be included as 2 starches since there is about 17-19 pieces inside, I believe. One starch you can only have 11 pieces so this works out as 2 starches and you don't eat over!

**Q: How many chips per serving for the 15 carbs?**
A: I buy the individual .8 oz bags, single servings. The package says 18 chips per serving.

**Q: Is this product vegetarian? There is no bacon listed in the ingredients.**
A: Yes, it is Vegetarian.  It is not Vegan though as it contains milk.

These are a great snack for when you're on the go. They are popped so there's no grease. The flavoring is delicious and every chip seems to have plenty of seasoning. Sometimes you get other brands of chips and some have plenty of seasoning and some have barely any. That's not the case with these chips. I like that they are a healthy snack. I tend to snack too much and these have really helped me cut my calories and I've lost some weight too. Bonus!
