From the coloring of the safety seal it appears to be from being old outdated stock . Luckily not much chemical loss as the cap retained the majority of the liquid. I havent used the product yet so cant comment on the quality. Bing old stck the product would be questionable. I got the item for a good price during black friday sales so I wont return the product for a refund.
