## Description

Latest addition to PR series, the Pacific PR32-D5 Plus features a new rotary reservoir cap and redesigned mounting system. The rotary cap allows users to easily adjust the G1/4” port’s position to aid in tube routing. A new fan-mounting bracket is included allowing users to enjoy the advantages of water cooling in cases with no traditional mounting for reservoirs. Manually control the powerful D5 pump with 5 levels of speed for a maximum pump head of 15 feet high and provide a flow rate of 1135 liter per hour. Standing at 267mm tall the reservoir has a water capacity of 400ml and is illuminated by 12 addressable LEDs for vivid visual effects that are customizable through the TT RGB Plus software. Review: The reservoir is watertight, assuming you make the connections properly, and the pump is quiet on its highest setting. That's the most important things to me. The inlet tube makes sure air trapped at the top of the reservoir doesn't get entrained into the water flow and circulated out into the system. It's a common feature on reservoirs, but some don't have a long enough tube. The mounting is a little clunky, I mount it to the floor of the case and I don't need the vertical mount bracket sticking out the back and making it look part finished. The pump wiring is long and colorful, which doesn't go with the black wiring on the cap. The pump/reservoir comes with a USB hub with another Molex connector, seems like they could have done something to reduce the wiring. It also comes with a micro USB cable for connecting to the motherboard. Fortunately my motherboard has plenty of USB connectors, and I don't need any of the conventional USB headers, so this wasn't a problem. In my case the pump drives water through two water blocks, two large radiators, and an inline mesh filter rapidly enough to keep the exit temperatures from the water blocks down to 10C over ambient. If I need another reservoir/pump this would be high on my list. I bought it on sale, so it was an easier choice at that time.

The reservoir is watertight, assuming you make the connections properly, and the pump is quiet on its highest setting. That's the most important things to me. The inlet tube makes sure air trapped at the top of the reservoir doesn't get entrained into the water flow and circulated out into the system. It's a common feature on reservoirs, but some don't have a long enough tube. The mounting is a little clunky, I mount it to the floor of the case and I don't need the vertical mount bracket sticking out the back and making it look part finished. The pump wiring is long and colorful, which doesn't go with the black wiring on the cap.
