Mine is very tight. Perhaps it loosens with time?** A: There is no real adjustment feature. Normally you just give a tug and it should slide out. And logically it should loosen with time as well. We have not had any issues with this feature until now **Q: Does it have ball bearing, full extension glides?** A: It's full extension glides. Very smooth. When pushing the tray in to hide it, there's even a little resistance right before fully closing it which is nice because it keeps the drawer from just coming out at the slightest touch. **Q: What's the width of the biggest compartment inside?** A: Hello:In mine, the largest compartment is the entire width. Of the three smaller compartments, the largest is six inches (two inches high). **Q: Is this a 23” or 21” width. title says 23” product dimension under “product info” says its 21.” can anyone give the exact measurements with bracket?** A: If you click on the lowest image to the left of the tray on the Amazon page you can see all the dimensions although they are in MM. Actual width of the tray is 21". Width including to the outside of the brackets is 22.25". We describe as 23" to try to ensure cutoemrs will ahve enough free space under the desk.
