When he got it into his garage, he noticed the side that had been dragged was nice and shiny. It wasn't long before the luster wore off, and he needed something to give it that freshly dragged home look. He found this on desertcart and found getting that wonderful shine and surface protection was easier than dragging the slab through wild flowers and such. We owe that man a great debt. Tough as rocks are, granite in particular, can suck up colors as and other liquid things, so a sealer is recommended by most granite installers. This is what my granite installer used, and I am happy with the way my granite looks after 3 years of use and sealing. He told me I had to use elbow grease! I asked him where it was! Anyway, the same applies. You will need to use a terry cloth or similar. I use cheese cloth to buff. This is simply an excellent polish. It is my humble opinion, not physically seeing your floor, that your marble needs to be honed and polished. That is generally performed by a firm that comes in with buffing and honing equipment. I'd get several estimates and check with your local BBB before hiring the company to do the work. I hired a company without checking them out and ended up with machine ringlets everywhere. What a nightmare! So be certain to CHECK THEM OUT or get their references. Best of luck to you. **Q: Does this repair marble etching cause by vinegar?** A: And to everyone with granite and marble tops, do not use vinegar, bleach, amonia products or acidic foods or drinks on the countertops.use a cutting board or something. It will eat the sealer off of the face of the stone. For people who have theat problem already, buy some good sealer and reseal the countertops. Put 2 coats on it. That will help it tremendously. Then use Italian Craftsman to polish it one it's been sealed. That should get the shine back to the surface. At least 95% of it. Use the polish 1-2 times a week to help it stay rejuvenated. Use a soapy rag when your done doing the dishes to clean the countertops or buy some, made for natural Stone, cleaner. **Q: Can this be used for bathroom wall ? To even the color and luster ?** A: I have used this in my bathroom on the granite countertops since 2008, and my countertops still look perfect. I have granite around the sink area, too, so it does get a little wet there. My granite is mainly black with some white and bronze. When it gets dulled out, I use this on the entire countertop, and it always brings it back to life. I usually apply it like you would a wax, and then I let it sit for a few minutes and wipe it off. You will see a little bit of a dull finish, but don't worry. Use a soft towel and buff it out by hand. You will really see the shine. My granite installer is the one who told me to use this, and I love it. I use it in my kitchen, too. **Q: IS THIS GOOD FOR CERAMIC TILE FLOOR** A: The bottle specifically states "do not use on floors, may be slippery". That being said, you can imagine how nicely polished your granite countertops will be! I use this exclusively, about 1 a month or so and buff it up to a nice shine.
