I do a lot of hardscaping (pavers. rocks) and trail maintenance for biking and these things handle everything. Very comfortable, flexible, water resistant, and you can still use your phone. Sizing note: I never ever would order XL anything, (5' 10", 160 lb). But that was the size gloves my friend left behind. I'm a med/large golf glove, closer to medium. Also, my friend is slightly smaller than me. They are stretchy, so maybe the large would have fit, BUT these XL's fit my m/l hands perfect.
