We developed this product in 2013 as a means to save people (including ourselves) from expensive repairs. It has proven successful to hundreds of satisfied customers and we thank you for your business! For superior weldability, our fittings are precision CNC machined in house of grade 304 Stainless. Each one is individually test fitted with an actual sensor before packaging, Avoid imitations. Call them whatever you want: weld fittings / mounting bosses (OE style) for Ford Powerstroke and Ram Cummins Diesel EGT sensors. No longer will an expensive emissions aftertreatment component need to be replaced if a seized temperature sensor breaks off. Now you can simply weld one of these in place of the old one, or drill a hole and weld it next to the old one, then install a new sensor. These 12mm X 1.25 EGT sensor bosses will work with Ford Powerstroke and Ram Cummins Diesels of several model years, as well as several commercial trucks using 12mm EGT sensors of the same style. This listing is for the weld fitting only, the sensor is sold separately at your local dealership. (works with sensor part numbers: (Ford / Motorcraft sensor middle part number 12B591 or 5J213, Navistar 3006421C1, Mopar 05149085AC, 68002443AB, SU11747, ETS67, aftermarket equivalents, and any superceded part numbers of the aforementioned).
