Freakin' awesome. I bought this for my wife and now I'm a hero. She loves it, I love it, and I love that she loves it. Yes, you're going to pay more per cup than other methods, but this machine is stoopid-convenient. I can go from having no espresso in my hand to having espresso in my hand in under 1 minute.This machine takes the original capsules from Nespresso. I tried using the alternate brands (cheaper) but the Nespresso tech is just too solid to mess with. You fill the tank, pop in a capsule, hit the button, and BOOM! espresso. this is a good machine, produces excellent espresso (I like Ristretto and Roma). Worked right out of the box. The temperature is just right. I prefer hotter, though not scolding, and it delivers. Easy to control the amount of water in your espresso. Excellent for a quick shot and no hassle. Takes less than a minute. The milk frother, though, is mediocre: not frothy enough and on the tepid side, but usable. It is very easy to clean. The inside is made if special material that acts like teflon. 5 stars for the espresso and 3.5 for the Frother. I would have preferred more froth and warmer by 10 degrees. The advantage of this machine is its speed and simplicity of use. I considered the semi-automatic Breville, which is the real deal and grinds the coffee for you. But it's just too involved to get a shot of espresso out of it, and a little messy. Of course, the brew it produces is at a higher level of perfection. It's a trade-off. The Nespresso is more functional - for my needs. And I am happy with this.

I am new to Nespresso but had to have one after having a Nespresso coffee at family's house on Xmas day. My husband's workplace recently purchased this model so I went with that since there are many models and tough to choose. Also we have limited counter space and height. This fits well and is cute and easy to use. Also received a nice sample of coffees to try. Since I like latte's and cappucinos I use the milk frother with it, tastes just like Starbucks. Also got this on sale so that made my decision. I probably wouldn't use everyday but definitely recommend.

I was looking forward to this!! Unfortunately, when it arrived, it didn't work. I never even got past the part where you run water through the machine to clean it. There was irregular blinking which according to booklet told me that I needed to call the customer service line. Thirty minutes later they were unable to fix it and will need to send a replacement. Doesn't give me a ton of confidence that the machine is broken before it's first use. Hopefully the next one will work...and will work for quite some time before breaking.

The mile foamer is not as good as the original design. The coil is supposed to be stainless, but it is rusted in under a month. We have one of the original models that is over 4 years old and the coil is just like new. I guess I will have to buy replacement coils.

original nespresso capsules taste great very close to the real deal ( i grew up in Italy) however there is one thing i do not like which is the temperature of the coffee ..should be warmer even if nespresso claims otherwise .I personally warm my cup in the microwave before brewing and kinda fixes the issue

I bought this Nespresso machine based on several online reviews - good choice! It is, actually, not quite as good as the marvelous options I had in Germany (why can we not get the same machines here?) but it is compact, looks terrific, is built sturdily - and brews excellent Nespresso in just about 30 minutes.

Great price! Yummy coffee and Easy to make without a huge mess. Easy clean up. Love it! Thinking of buying one for my daughter for her Birthday.

Wanted one for quite a while so I'm really glad that I'm not disappointed in it one bit. Makes great cappuccinos and so quickly!
