Review: Worth it. - It’s been almost 20 years since I used an auto level but it was like riding a bike. I checked the accuracy right out of the box and it was spot on. We used it to shoot elevation for some backyard projects. Probably a little overkill for what I needed but I appreciate the high quality of my tools. Would definitely recommend.
Review: Accurate to 100 yards - I purchased this from desertcart Warehouse, and the first thing I did was go through the instructions to check level accuracy at 180 degrees. I couldn't find the tool needed for the adjustment (I later found it buried under the foam), but I had a substitute. It was out 5/8" over 30 feet, so once I corrected that it was very accurate. I set some marks on power poles from a reference point, and after an hour I could spin back to the location and hit it perfectly. This unit is better than I need for my use, but the warehouse price was too compelling. It doesn't have enough magnification for beyond 100 yards, at least not for me. Very pleased!

**Q: Does this work with building fences?**
A: Yes, you need two people, one to hole the measuring stick and one on the scope

**Q: can it be used for land surveying?**
A: yes.

**Q: Do i need the barcode rod to get the digital measurements, or i can use any rode and get the digital reading... also what rod do you recomend?**
A: This is a optical level, not digital level. You need to use standard grade rod with it.

**Q: Does this have a compensator or is dependent on the accuracy of the level bubble? It doesn't look like it has a compensator button.**
A: I don't understand your question but using just the buble I can shoot +/- 1/8in at 60ft so for the price of the unit I am pretty happy with the accuracy.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great optics and value

This is indispensable for day time leveling. I have a laser but on bright days even the laser detectors do not pick up a signal. This optical level works great and is easy to set up. We use it all of the time and it is perfect for the job. The cross hairs are sometimes difficult to see on really bright days and I have to hold my hand to provide shade for the lens.
