My apple tree had a beautiful bloom this year and was full of apples but squirrels found them out *again* (like last year - last year was the 1st time our tree produced some apples but squirrels took all of them out). They chop the apple off, take a bite and leave it on the ground to burn my heart and soul and move to the next apple. *sigh* .. well I got these bags then and put them on remaining 15-16 apples. Honestly, I was not sure if the bags will actually be able to save them but yes!! they did save the apples. It will be our first year to enjoy some apples from our own tree in the backyard. These are good quality bags and bugs etc. cannot get into them. Light and wind can reach inside the bags. The ones that I have on apples have not lost their quality due to rain or extreme hot weather this year.
