It's listed as... HIC Harold Import Co. Dexter-Russell Pancake Turner, Stainless Steel with Walnut Handle, 4 x 2-1/2" Btw... I LOVE both the spatula and this GSI skillet. I use them together cooking over an open fire when camping. Its the only pan I bring. Works wonderfully and is easy to clean... tiny bit of soap plus water. Then I protect it with a rubbing of a very small amount of crisco. Highly recommend both. **Q: What is the depth of the pan perpendicularly from the bottom to the rim, without the handle? I am looking for a cast iron wok that’s not too shallow.** A: I have the 10" diameter GSI Outdoors model and it is 2" deep at center. I do like it and have looked at it and noticed that it does resemble a somewhat shallow wok. I have a lightweight cast iron wok that is 13.5" diameter and 3.5" deep at center. **Q: Does the coating leech into the food you are cooking?** A: I scrubbed mine very thoroughly (dishwashing detergent, baking soda, kosher salt) until the gray coating used in shipping stopped showing gray on a paper towel. Then immediately seasoned it following included directions (light coating of high temperature cooking oil, 450degF for at least an hour inverted in oven, then allowed to cool down in oven). It resulted in a very nice "seasoning" as the term is used for cast iron cookware. ## Frequently Bought Together - GSI Outdoors Guidecast 12” Frying Pan | Lightweight Cast Iron Frying Pan for Camping, Cabin and Home Kitchen - GSI Outdoors Guidecast 8” Frypan I Cast Iron, Lightweight, Gourmet Frying Pan, Camp Cookware --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/337248748-gsi-outdoors-litecast-frying-pan-12-frying-pan-adult-unisex](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/337248748-gsi-outdoors-litecast-frying-pan-12-frying-pan-adult-unisex) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
