The phone is nice for my grandma, It works well, she likes the big buttons. We can hear each other clearly. The speed dial function is easy to set. Great value.

I got this for an elderly friend who is legally blind. The big buttons are easier for her to use. I programmed her most used numbers and she seems happy. The only thing I found wrong was it doesn't hang up right away. You have to hold the receiver down a few seconds before it hangs up.
