## Description

PHTT-12, Commercial Insulated Precise Humidity Heated Holding Cabinet. Stainless steel construction, 22 Ga interior and 20 Ga polished exterior. Fully insulated high density fiberglass throughout including base and door(s), mean min K+0.26 / R4.746. Full S/S 18ga tubular frame. Form grip flush-in-wall hand grips recess mounted on each side of unit. Full stainless steel door with commercial hinges and magnetic edge mounted, full grip door latch. Door is field reversible. Caster configuration (2) two rigid and (2) two swivel w/brake, Delrin bearings and forged yoke, 10-GA caster plate. Twelve (12) sets of rod-style universal angle slides at 4.5" spacing for multiple pan and tray sizes, adjustable at 1 1/2" spacing. Precision heat system, built in humidified holding system shall include two (2) separate long life Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating elements, separate controls for air and moisture with adjustable thermostat 90 to 200 degrees F (30 to 93 degrees C) marked in Degrees F/C, thermometer and an adjustable moisture dial from 0% - 90% RH, on-off power switch, indicator lights, heating element, water drawer for humidity. 2200 watt, 120 volt power. UL, C-UL, NYMEA and NSF or UL Sanitation listed.
