I looked into every kind of pillow from super high end to cheaper flatter ones, And somewhere in between. I found this one and saw the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. It's been almost a week...Pros-it is very supportive on my neck and shoulder, it alleviates a lot of the pain and I am able to have a good night sleep again. Works awesome for both side and back sleepers. And I make it work when I want to sleep on my stomach. It also forms to your head and bounces right back once you stop laying on it.Cons-(and why it got 4 stars instead of 5) the smell is ridiculous when you first open it. It took 2 days of airing it out to get rid of most of the smell. And some of it still lingers. I put a pillow case over it and that seems to help some. And also the size, although I do not need an extra large pillow and this works great, I was kind of hoping it was at least was a queen size.**update**I felt I needed to update everyone my recent experience with this pillow and company...After my review about the smell, the owner herself reached out to me apologizing for my experience. She explained that my pillow should not of had strong of a smell for a very long. But there may have been a bad batch that went out. She sent me out a replacement pillow at no hassel or charge to me and I was able to keep the original one as well. The second one I got (all pillows will have a "new plastic" smell) I only needed to air out for 2 to 3 hours and it was just fine. The smell is not nearly as strong and it was much easier to get rid of. I highly recommend this pillow and this company. I now sleep with so much ease that I am excited to go to bed. And the fact that the company reached out to me to make it right when I did not expect it was awesome!!
