## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Excellent, Healthy, Tasty Pasta Alternative

*by V***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 13, 2017*

This is an excellent pea and lentil pasta. I have tried several versions of this one including the popular Banza, however, unlike the others, this one did not stick together or fall apart and held up nicely for a good al dente texture when cooked. Also, there are only two ingredients unlike some of the others, which contain xanthan gum, and procures a rather mushy texture. The texture and taste of this product is the closest to real pasta of all the other brands I have tried. This is my second purchase and will continue to purchase more when I run out.

    Not worth the money

*by B***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2017*

I was hoping for a pasta that would hold up better than brown rice, but so far that hasn't been my experience. I've used it once and gone back to the brown rice type because I didn't like the taste or texture. I will try it again since I have 5 more boxes, but I doubt I will buy it again since it costs twice as much for half the weight and is not better as far as I'm concerned.
