Other brands were not all flat, and the area of contact with the phone is raised and small, making getting a big phone aligned with the charging coil a bit challenging. In addition, the phone is not sitting securely and risk of sliding off or tipping over. This is not the case with this relatively big and flat charger. However, two major issues made me knock off 2 stars: 1- The charger does not support PD protocol, and PD chargers do not work with it. 2- The charger seems to be weak and can't charge phones with thicker cases that my other wireless chargers have zero issue with.Goods: Wide (all around visible light indicator), Flat, Slim, 15W, USB-C connector.Cons: PD (Power Delivery) incompatible, Weak electromagnetic field (can't handle some cases).3 Stars.Update: Few months later and the wireless charger still performing to my expectations. One positive point I forgot to mention: This charger unlike others stops charging and the glowing blue light goes off when it detects there's minimal current draw (phone or other device is fully charged). This is important as it doesn't keep overcharging your battery which can shorten its lifetime. The downside is the charging won't resume unless you pickup then put the phone back on.One other mention, the glow or breathing effect of the blue light seems to follow the rate of charging.
