The other three is in a whole piece. **Q: Does it come with the herb or do i need to order separate? how long will it last in one treatment? how many treatments can i do (if it comes with the)** A: It doesn't come with the moxa cones. you have to order separately. When you place the cone in the copper holder, there are air flow controls, less air in last longer, temperature is not high, more air flow in, the cone burns faster and hot. Depends on the user personal likes. A couple of first uses, you will figure out what air control level(the temperature) you feel more comfortable. I leave half holes open and a little hot which I like, one cone last about 25 minutes. I'm suffering joints pain and American doctors can't find out what's wrong with me.
