Prices vary greatly and some appear to be knock-offs that are packaged in authentic looking packages. I was bitterly disappointed in a previous RQ12 replacement head purchase. It was absolute junk. It did not cut as well as my old head and it fell to pieces within 90 days. This replacement head however, IS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. Other reviews of this product said it was only the blades-- I can affirm that the product delivered to me is the COMPLETE head. Best of all, it works as well as the original.
