I received exactly what was shown. It is all black, feels nice and quality, no weird smells or loose stitches. There are no zippers on the one I received, just as expected. The paper pad is normal, nice paper. There are essentially two pockets for full size papers, I placed soem behind the paper pad and some others in the main, internal slide in slot. The front medium sized pocket is large enough for my ipad mini.Since I shopped for about 3 hours on Amazon before picking this one, I will tell you my concerns and what came of them.1) My biggest concern was that someone noted that the binder would not lay flat on a table when on open, on its back. Right when I got it, I opened it, seemed fine. Just in case though, I put a few text books on it over night and it perfect ever since.2) It was the cheapest one, so I thought it may not look professional enough. Wrong, it looks nice, feels nice, etc.3) It would not be able able to carry a wide variety of stuff.. This is kind of true. It can hold a ton of business cards and then the other two/three slots for papers and accessories., but apart for that, this is a very simple, nice looking portfolio. I should have paid attention to the seller option. My mistake. The inside is nice, but if the padfolio won't lay flat, it is not a good writing surface for this lefty. Even with a notepad added it just doesn't lay flat. It is a nice looking padfolio.Update to review: After hearing from the seller, a full refund has been provided to me.
