This heavy duty XL category industrial grade dehumidifier has been constructed of roto-molded housing, weighing at merely 100LBS the CT-180 has a TRUE 180 pint water extraction capacity at saturation, and 105 Pints at AHAM. The Performance of the Contair CT-180 is enhanced by an advanced air processing pathway where incoming air is cleaned by a charcoal filter before entering a sealed cooling chamber where it is pre-cooled and striped of moisture by the stage 1 evaporator. The now pre-cooled and lower grain air moves through a highly efficient stage 2 evaporator where maximum moisture stripping occurs. Moving on through high temperature condenser coils, the low grain air picks up heat and drops to the lowest possible relative humidity level before being pushed out the ductable exhaust port.
