**Q: Is this bamix oem?**
A: I believe it is. It looks and fits exactly like my old one. 
Neither the old or new had any Bamix imprint on it.

**Q: Is this blade sharp? I got a new Bamix wand mixer and this piece does not have a sharp edge. I wonder if this is normal.**
A: Yes, this is normal. The blade doesn't need to be really sharp because it spins so fast. I have had my Bamix for over 15 years and it has always performed exactly as it is supposed to.

**Q: Will this fit an older Gordon Ramsay Bàmix professionàĺ stainless steel hand immersion blender?**
A: It should.

**Q: Will this work on the older williams sonoma magic wand?**
A: I'm not familiar with the Sonoma magic wand per se, how ever I checked on line and the Sonoma is made by Bamix and the pictures I see are very similar to my Bamix 2005-4.  That being said I can't see why this blade, which is the one I also purchased, wouldn't work for you.  And then you can always send it back, can't you?
