**Q: Is the mixing bowl Unbreakable, if you drop it, will it crack?  and over time of using and washing will the measurement marks fade away?**
A: I do not think it would break if dropped. It is very sturdy. The measurement marks are on there really well, I dont think they would fade away easily. This is a great bowl.

**Q: What is the material of the bowl glass or plastic? How heavy is the bowl? ie. what is the weight?**
A: The bowl is plastic.  It is very durable and lightweight.  It is weighted so it is not tippy and doesn't spill contents.  I have had this bowl for about 1-1/2 years and have microwaved, cooked with hot liquids and run it on the top and bottom rack of the dishwasher.

**Q: Is there any indication of hdpe #2 on the bottom of the bowl?**
A: Hi, There is no indication of #2

**Q: Can it be used in microwave?**
A: Printed in raised letters on the bottom of the bowl: Do not put in the microwave.

What can I say? I really like this batter bowl. I appreciate it's lighter weight. It is much thicker and sturdier than I expected and a great size for morning pancakes. I wish it had a lid tho. Hint Hint Hint OXO Good Grips!
