**Q: How do i know i'm getting the 2.0 & not an older version from amazon? does it specify 2.0 on the label?**
A: The regular JYM belongs to bodybuilding.com. They actually own the rights to JYM Thats why bodybuilding.com is the only ones that sell regular JYM.. like always, theres a story to it, i guess there sewing dr. Stoppani or something went on with them. I think they split so to prove his point to them Jim created another line that he is allowed to sale on other places which is Jym 2.0.

A: Hey Lawrence, all protein powders contain naturally occurring BCAA and EAA’s within the protein itself. This includes leucine, isoleucine, and valine.

A: It will not directly help you gain weight by itself. You will need a caloric surplus to gain weight which this can add to. If your goal is to gain weight per se, there are other ways to do that. You can eat a lot of unhealthy foods that are calorically densed but not nutrients densed. Quality, not quantity should be the goal. Protein supplements are there to help you get more protein when you can't eat regular food. Your goal when taking supplements is to make sure your diet and excercise program is already in place. Any supplements are just there to enhance not to replace.
