**Q: Is this long enough to do face pulls or do you wish it was longer in that regard?**
A: I’ve never tried to use it for that. It’s perfect for curling and triceps movements. It’s longer than a typical triceps rope.

**Q: Can I put my feet threw the loops and do reverse crunches on a cable machine?**
A: I wear a size 9 D shoe and they fit thru the loops up to the laces.

The product is very well made as stated in other reviews. From the quality of the nylon, reinforced stitching and significant gauge d-ring. I use this for face pulls, tricep pulldown and overhead tricep extensions. The straps are comfortable on the hands and displace hand tension areas commonly at risk with a rope attachment. Very pleased, great work Spud inc!!FYI, This is the same material that is used for car tow straps that can yield in excess of 8,000lbs.

Built to last forever. You could pull a train with this thing and it wouldn't flinch. Way more comfortable than standard rope handles for tricep pushes and face pulls. I also do pull-throughs with them. And the bright yellow looks dope.
