特に太くはないです乾麺には限界があるのでしょうかとても美味しいです茹で時間が１８分と長い理由を見て開眼させていただいた商品です塩分の出方 洗い方など うどんは表記の通りに茹でると美味しいのだと初めて知りましたアルデンテでいいぜ! なんて茹で方をしていたので 乾麺のうどんが不味くて大嫌いでした試しに他の商品も表記の通り茹でると美味しくできましたこちらのうどんが美味しくて 惜しくてちびちび食べていて分かったことがもう一つ買ったら即食べたほうが美味しいです

商品名は、太うどん、でも、茹でるとちょっと太めのにゅうめんでした。釜揚げは10分は長くて８分でも十分です。15分も茹でるとどうなるのかなぁ、怖くて試せません。平たい麺なのでコシはありません。いつも最初は何もつけずに、そのまま麺だけ食べて味を確かめますが、このうどん(にゅうめん)、味がほとんどしないのはなぜ？他の方のクチコミと全く印象が違うのは何故なのか。・・・ずいぶん余ってしまいました。

この乾麺の1人分は少し多めに感じます。私にはちょうど良いです。ただし、カレーうどんなどのスープの粘度が高い場合は麺全体にスープが絡みにくいです。あと、表示茹で時間が長いですが、私は10分弱でザルにあげています。試しに食べて芯がなくなったら私的にはokです。表示通りに茹でると間違いなくのびます。短く茹でることによって長い時間美味しく食べられます。
