Review: Love BelliWelli Snacks! desertcart shipping not so much in this case. - As a person living with IBS, I have to be very careful what foods I eat. That little sweet something is hard to find in a Low FODMAP food. Often they are too sweet for my liking. Theses BelliWelli are low FODMAP, gluten free, just perfect snacks. I have been buying the Taster box for quite some time. I like it because I can choose a flavor based on what mood I am in that day. Some days I like the Birthday Cake, some the Lemon White Chocolate, others the Blueberry Muffin or Cinnamon Swirl. I recently purchased the Strawberry Shortcake, YUM! In this order, I purchased the Fudge Brownie and a Taster box. It is the first time I have had the Fudge Brownie, super delicious. Definitely has a good brownie consistency and flavor. I can see why the Fudge Brownie are a favorite of many. So if you want a good Low FODMAP, GLUTEN FREE product that won't make your tummy hurt, BelliWelli should be your go to snack. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: How is this low fodmap if it contains oats and sugar? These are on the "avoid" list of any authorities' low fodmap protocol.**
A: These are NOT low fodmap. The sellers are lying. There are several ingredients you should avoid if you're on a low fodmap diet. Particularly, coconut oil, palm oil, maltodextrin, and apple cider vinegar, in addition to the oats and grains. I haven't checked some of the other ingredients but I know all of those are BIG no-no's for my low-fodmap spouse and will trigger inflammation in him.

**Q: Are these really 8 bars for $26?**
A: $24, $26...depends on how many are purchased.

**Q: Is this egg free ?**
A: Yes, these are egg-free

**Q: Is the Maltodextrin corn or wheat derived?**
A: The maltodextrin in the bars comes from the white chocolate chips (brand: Pascha white chips). The maltodextrin is derived from corn.

### ⭐ Fudge brownie does not taste good - Chocolate chip is OK.
*by B***E on June 8, 2023*

I'm on the FODMAP elimination diet and desperate for a treat. I ordered BelliWelli fudge brownie bars and they are rather unpleasant - they have a very "fake sweet," almost chemical flavor that is in no way reminiscent of fudge or a brownie. Sort of like a bad protein bar. Yuck. Fortunately, my boyfriend eats everything and will finish the box but I do not recommend this flavor. The Chocolate Chip bars, however, are OK. Not great, but I can convince my brain that it is a "treat" while sipping on herbal tea.
