**Q: can you get replacement tiles?**
A: You can get additional/replacement files directly from Winning Solutions at phone  978-525-2816.  I spoke with a very nice lady and told her I wanted to get more tiles.  She sent me 100 new tiles in a velvet bag.  Here's the best part... She sent them to me free, even though I told her I had bought the game from Amazon.  Can't get a better deal than that.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the tiles?**
A: Around 1 inch squares .very easy to read if your considering this set great for people who have trouble seeing. We love it . Great quality

**Q: Does this have a box it can be stored in like other games or does it have to be out all the time?**
A: It comes in a cardboard scrabble box.  We store it under our bed in it just fine.

**Q: How many tile racks does it come with?  2 or 4?**
A: 4 tile holders

This is a great scrabble board and it is BIG! Before purchasing I was bit put off by some the reviews that I read on here; one in particular that called into question the quality of this product. Well, I couldn't be happier. The board rotates easily on it's lazy-susan coaster and the board and grid seem to be manufactured with quality in mind; that is to say, that the print on the board is clear and bright and the grid fit's perfectly against the layout. I don't see any issues with lifting of printed matter, misaligned grid and the like. The tiles are of excellent quality; no issues with the way/manner in which the lettering is printed on them. In contrast to one review I read that stated that rotating the board would knock the tiles out of the players holders is simply not true; the board sits high enough to clear the tiles in the holders. Overall I would recommend this product; just keep in mind... it's big!
