However, it still kept the water out and I was glad it did for the remained of my holiday!I contacted the Kitvision company via their website asking where i could purchase a new case as I didn't want to risk it for too much longer and plan on using the camera a lot more and i was unable to find one and they immediately offered to send one to me free of charge which i received just 24hours later!The customer service was quick and successful and the person i spoke to was pleasant and helpful.I would 100% recommend this product to anyone looking for an action camera!
