Come to find out, the seal alon the bottom of the glass failed. Not much. Maybe a drip or 2 a minute. I reached out to the MFG and they never got back to me. Having to use a pile of towels during every use is frustrating.

Heats very well. All in one product. Easy to wire up. Comes with drain line and water hoses. Seats two fit adults very well. Even has a bench for a break or other... electronic control works well. Jet protection is on and will not start unless it has enough water in it. We have used this every night since we installed it.
