It was a little soft so I gave it a day to harden on my counter.My observations:All flavors tasted great! They were all smooth and creamy, no grit. The sea salt caramel tastes exactly like a soft chew caramel. Loved it! The peanut butter chocolate reminded me of being a kid again and going to The Pier with my dad. He would always buy me a slice a peanut butter fudge. Good memories! Only thing I can think of is they live in an area that's extremely hot, every kind of product similar to this is going to show up "gooey" and have an odd texture.I bought the sampler pack which came with Peanutbutter and Chocolate, Belgian Chocolate, Chocolate Pecan, and Seasalt Caramel.The Chocolate pecan would have to be our favorite (Mother and I), the Seasalt Caramel was our least favorite. However, we've never had much of a taste for Caramel fudge anyway, so can't say much on that.The fudge was all very creamy, not gritty, just as described by the seller.
