A: Yes. I have been using this since forever. It really helps your hair grow.

A: Wash first then add conditioner rinse off add the treatment small jar apply massage thru entire hair for better results for 15 minutes then rinse out perfectly dry hair good with towel add the drops on thinning areas only and then wait another 10 minutes and add the leave in conditioner and style ur hair is simple and very good products have been using it for 3years is an amazing product it restores ur hair growth and gives u more thickening hair plus volume

**Q: i still have hair ..will this help my thinning hair thicken up ? how many times a day do i use?**
A: I used it 2 to 3 times a week. Yes it will help you thicken up your hair

**Q: Are the instructions in English as well?**
A: The Instructions/Directions are in both Spanish and English, except the drops (small label Spanish only)
