It was the only one I found that clearly said it was antibacterial which was important to me. Cleaning and killing germs are two different functions. After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to buy this product because some reviews claimed that the product smelled and left a bad taste in their mouth. It also damaged some mouth guards. I have used this for several months and have not experienced any of these effects. It works. I also prefer the gel because it goes where you put it. All her gum issues have gone away since we've begun using this product. needless to say I'm a tremendous fan of it she's a tremendous fan of it and I always keep a supply in the house,one in her purse so that wherever we go if she feels that she has to clean those puppies she just gives them a spray and they are clean as a whistle. I hope you enjoyed that little pun .....you know, clean as a whistle, gums etc..... oh well never mind. Suffice it to say this is a great product. Highly recommended for clean germ-free and certainly all the free dentures. Another Plus is that my wife really enjoys it when you use the product and you put the dentures in your mouth there is such a clean taste that goes along with it. Overall, except for those of you that didn't get my cute little pun, this is a product you need. By the way the spray is very very good but she prefers the gel, we keep both gel and foam handy. The phone can't be readily controlled when you spray it and she feels that she's wasting it but those little canices seem to be holding an awful lot of product inside.
