I like that there is plenty of room for my drink, my book or iPad, soap, whatever. It is adjustable to fit on my tub which is wider and narrower in some places. The little bar that holds up my book is very helpful and one of the main reasons I chose this model. It does fold down unobtrusively for when not in use. My only reason to give 4 stars is that it looks a little bit clunky in my elegant modern bathroom -- almost rustic in amongst my white marble and clean lines. This is probably just an aesthetic issue but something one may want to take in account for your decor.
