Harder lid liner tips just glide over those so there is a broken line, and they tend to drag the skin in the process. It takes more liquid on the tip to fill in those dips quickly and smoothly than harder flex, felt, and pen-type tips can hold. This L'Oreal lid liner with the true brush tip goes on perfectly every time. It fills in the crevices, rather than skipping over them and leaving bare skin spots along the eyelid edge that are a pain to try to fill in without smudging. It is so quick and easy to apply! I only wish I could still get it in other colors - especially brownish black, and in waterproof. But at least they still make this one. The second best I've found is Wet N Wild because it also does have a long-enough true brush also.
