But it is gorgeous and I can't wait to get to use it! I wanted a backpack that I could carry in place of my purse when I need to commute with my laptop, something that looks professional and "adult" enough to bring to meetings and out for happy hour after work, but that was still comfortable to carry around and commute with even when full. After looking at a ridiculous amount of laptop backpacks, I am so glad I purchased this - it's everything I wanted!!! First off, it's beautifully made, with great quality materials and the design is very sleek and stylish. It's made of a heavy canvas-like material, with some faux-leather accents. The zippers are plastic and the pulls are lightweight, but overall the zippers are large and seem to be decent quality, zipping easily so far. I like that there is a double zipper for the main compartment. I just wish the zippers were metal, and either silver or black - I'm not a big fan of gold. I was a little worried about the bright blue interior but it's a much more muted turquoise (almost Tiffany Blue) inside and I really like it - it also makes finding things (especially pens) really easy. We'll see how it holds up to dirt/discoloring over time. The backpack is large enough to carry everything I need, but still remains sleek and not bulky, since there aren't pockets sticking out all over the place. The outer drink pockets don't stretch, but they fit my 40oz reusable water bottle perfectly (even though I usually carry that inside), and will hold an umbrella nicely if needed. There are tons of pockets inside the main compartment: 1 large one for a laptop; one for a tablet/iPad; a couple for pens/pencils; 2 deep ones for whatever (I put a folding brush, mirror, lipstick, chapstick, tissues, and small bottle of hand sanitizer in one of mine and there's still LOTS of room to spare), and one large zippered one on the inside of the front - it will be perfect for passports/travel documents while traveling (I wish it was RFID). The luggage strap across the back that can go over a suitcase handle will also be really nice when traveling and it's made of a seatbelt-like material so it should be pretty sturdy. There are also 2 vertical zippered pockets on the outside front, great for easy-access of phone, headphones, metro pass, sunglasses, even a small umbrella while commuting. I love that the padded laptop and tablet pockets are fairly thickly padded, providing a good amount of protection. The back also has really thick padding, so I'm hopeful it will be comfortable on my back while commuting. My 15.6" laptop fits PERFECTLY snug and my 14" laptop has plenty of room. On its own the backpack is fairly lightweight, making the weight quite manageable even when I've got my big laptop, my iPad, a couple of notebooks and folders, my wallet, keys, phone, water bottle, umbrella, even a change of shoes inside (and all of that fits with PLENTY of room). The extra little "make up" bag it came with is the ideal size (maybe 9"x6") to hold my laptop charger, and is made of the same canvas material and lined with the same turquoise fabric. I haven't been able to commute with it yet, so I don't yet know if the straps will be comfortable once it's full and I'm walking around/commuting for long periods of time - they're padded, but not as much as my old Jansport, nor are they ergonomically shaped. I do like that there are little elastic loops you can tuck the extra length of the strap into after tightening them over your shoulders, so that excess length of strap isn't just flopping around. The only possible weak point I can find - and it's something other reviewers mentioned - is the top handle - it's not very thick, although it is made of a double-layer of leather and a seatbelt-like material. It's hard to explain but it just doesn't feel substantial enough to hold the bag if it's full of stuff/heavy. I don't generally use that handle (I just grab the straps), so I hope it won't be a problem. I also haven't gotten stuck in the rain yet, so we'll see if it will be water-resistant. Although I probably won't really need it, I tested the USB charging port and it works great, and will be nice to have if ever needed, especially while flying (I'm also happy the cord on the inside is easily tucked away when not in use). For the money I am VERY happy with the quality and styling of this laptop bag. As I start commuting and traveling again, and abusing this daily, I will update my review if any issues arise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Totally worth it! *by J***I on April 10, 2022* I bought this bag after reading several reviews. I fell in love with the floral print as I thought it was unique and so far I've gotten a lot of compliments. The bag is bigger than it looks on here. It has a lot of space and pockets which I love because it helps to keep everything organized inside. I have seen some reviews saying the USB charger doesnt work but I don't have that problem at all. It has a pocket inside for the power bank and I just place it in and connect my phone to the outlet outside. Works perfectly and charges my phone in no time. Another feature I love is that it is waterproof and lightweight. The pads in the straps makes it comfortable to carry and you can adjust it to how you want it. I love also that it has a good size pocket for my water bottle which is not as small as the usual ones. Love the security feature of the hidden pockets on the front that I put the things I need quick access to like my sanitizer, lip balm, lotion, etc. So far I have had this bag for about a month and there are no rips or tears even with heavy things inside. It is pretty durable. Before I had an infamous expensive brand backpack (I will not disclose the name) and it ripped at the top after a few heavy weight carried inside. It was really satisfying to see that this bag held up nicely and it cost me less than quarter the price I paid for the "brand" bag. Overall I love the functionality, durability and versatility of this bag. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for laptop bag to buy.Only problem I had is that it was advertised with a black pouch but I never received it. Don't know what happened there. Anyways that's minor because its a gift. Happy with my purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bag that is stylish and roomy *by T***T on September 24, 2022* I bought this bag (in black) in early March 2020 and it has held up wonderfully.I like that it can go from a more polished look to an everyday bag. It can hold a good amount of items. From a 13" laptop (which I keep in a cushioned case) along with some groceries or the same laptop and clothes/items for a weekend getaway.It travels well. I was caught in a rainstorm and it held up. It is not waterproof, but water resistant and none of my items got wet.My only issue is the USB charging port cord. It's delicate. Don't pull on it and make sure you keep the cord in the inside pocket where the power bank goes (when not using). I accidentally pulled the cord out from where it sits. Which in turn pulled out the USB tab on the outside. I was able to fix it and it still works.I would buy again.
