Bottom mount N/A, I guess due to the outside frame. **Q: would it sound good on a 1000 watt sony xplod** A: I believe so. I have a 400watt Blaupunkt bridged and it sounds great. It is in the back of a Jeep Wrangler unlimited **Q: Is a 1.0 cubic feet sealed box for under the rear seats be ok for 2 of these?** A: No, you need to build a larger box, than one cubic foot **Q: Spelling issue I asked if this would work with a cadillac factory amp?
