Set it up and it worked great out of the box for about a week and a half. I used it appropriately for about 1 hour per day, 3-4x per week. I noticed that the head that swivels left to right to mix up the direction of the shots stopped working. I contacted the company to see how it could be fixed/ replaced and they sent me TERRIBLE instructions on how I could fix it myself. They told me to open up the machine and check the wiring (I'm handy, but I'm no electrician). I told them I tried but I have no idea what I'm looking at and they told me they would send me a replacement part instead. Is a good thing the return window is long because that replacement part never came and I haven't heard from them since.
