I won't use almost all other toothpaste. It has no fluoride or foaming agent and those are the two main reasons that I use it. The company that makes this does have versions that foam and I think has versions with fluoride because most people want those two items in their toothpaste so I'm especially appreciative that this company has thought about those of us who do not want those items in our toothpaste.The toothpaste tastes good with a mild flavor and it does not irritate sensitive gums and inner mouth cheeks like so many harsher toothpastes do. I have to have my local health food store special order it or I get it from Amazon also but otherwise it's rather difficult to find which is a shame.
