Partly my own fault, took the chance. I've since gone to 18 AWG JST 2 pin connectors and no issues. Item arrived quickly. ### ⭐⭐ Not silicone wire. False advertising. *by M***K on Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2018* Haven't had a chance to use these yet, but I was disappointed to find that, like many of the reviews, they are not made with silicone wire. It's plain vinyl insulation. They may work for my purposes, but it would be better if they had the high-temp insulation they are advertised to come with. Although it isn't the worst I've ever encountered, it is not silicone as advertised.
