I finally tried this stuff and literally within a week I am almost back to normal. It is not an instant fix, but it definitely is allowing me to ride 30-50 miles a day while the rash is healing. Application can be done to your shorts or directly to your skin. I do both. Not sure how long one stick will last but I don't care. It is the only thing that has helped get rid of the rash as opposed to just making it hurt less. I literally just got done with a 50 mile ride and had ZERO issues and feel great.
