I like them shiny 😂 but you don’t really have to do that. Like described, they distribute heat very well and the pan stay hot. You can easily cook on very low temperatures because the pans really get hot. And you cannot drip anything down the side, even if you tried. Great design. I’ve been cooking over 50 years, and this is the best thing I’ve ever done. Wish I didn’t wait so long. One sidenote, the metal on the lids do get hot so you need a pot holder, but the handles on the skillets and sauce pans stay cool. Boiled water last night for pasta, and I needed a towel for the side handles. But that happens with my Teflon pans also. No biggie. This was a big financial stretch for us to purchase but so far I am so happy with them. They cook amazingly even and nothing has stuck to the pans!
