The times I've ordered it I've always received 2 bottles, both VERY well bubble wrapped. **Q: Does one serving(2 caps) provide 420mg of Magnesium Citrate?** A: Yes, as far as I know. Two tablets, the specified serving amount, will according to Solgar (as stated on the bottle), provide 420 mg of Magnesium, as Magnesium Citrate. And their wording suggests to me that it's 420 mg of available magnesium, I presume by chemical assay, which although derived from it's presence as Mg Citrate, is not the weight of the total compound Mg Citrate, but is in fact the weight of the available magnesium component, as far as I know. I do hope Solgar will directly answer you too, as I'm just going by what they put on their label. And they're large tablets which sort of look like capsules because of their shape. **Q: How many mg in each pill** A: As of this date, 210 in each pill. They are an oblong, large pill, and that may be 10mg per pill more than there was previously. **Q: how much elemental magnesium is in each capsule?** A: 210 mg per TABLET (these are big, oval tablets, not capsules). Makes strong bones, no osteoporosis The book recommends 400 mg so take two. Our food supply grown from our soil has depleted of Magnesium. Our processed food devoid of Mg. Do not take calcium supplements for osteoporosis, there is much to much calcium in the US diet, which will calcify your heart and muscles and other tissues of your body. The magnesium is for calcium absorption into your bones. Magnesium oxide is Maalox !!! It will make you go to the bathroom!!! It is for constipation!
