A: I have a 42 inch swisher rough cut mower. They sent me v belt no. 4220 74” and it was way too big. The local repair shop sent me to the local NAPA and they had the right size belt.

A: I probably shouldn't answer because I'm not 100% sure, but if it is a tow-behind finish mower it will probably work. If it is a tow-behind one belt system it should work. On a tow-behind rough cut/trail mower it will probably not work. If it is not a tow-behind it probably will not work. This is the belt I use on my tow-behind 44" finish mower.

A: you have to have a cross reference. If it fits a 44in swisher finishing mower, that's the onlyl way to tell...the swisher 4220 fits perfect
