As a back sleeper it caresses your head without collapsing flat. I have two king size down pillows purchased over 30 years ago that have been well cared for. It was time for a regular size pillow and only the Queen Ann qualified with the down count. It is a little pricy. Remember this, quality will be remembered long after price is forgotten. I cannot remember what I paid for my king size down pillows, but I can tell you they were worth the price.
