My customer experience: The design was beautiful. The material is so thin I knew I should've send them back when I got them; My mistake: I thought their advertising about polycarbonate and "great materials" while being Lightweight (which they are not and you can compare the weight against other products) meant they were durable... oh well... the biggest suitcase got busted in the first trip and two of the rollers did lost the grey caps that covered the wheels (i'd give you minus 5 stars for durability if I could). Contacted the seller and they suggested to fill a form in their warranty page and this is what you will find before you access the form: - "It's important to note that damage by third-party is not covered by our warranty. If you spot the damage of your luggage when collecting it from airport, we suggest you file a claim with the airline immediately"........ -yea, cause first thing that should come to my mind when arriving at 2 am and after 14 hours of flights and lines at different airports should be to check that my brand new suitcases built with awesome materials didn't crack ...right? - " The product must be returned to Gabbiano Luggage Inc. in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION in order to be repaired or replaced". ............ How convenient for you, I wish I knew I was not supposed to use them.... BEFORE I BOUGHT THEM!!!! Conclusion: They won't be responsible for poor quality and its performance. In my defense I have to say that I bought this set to replace a 5 year old cheap set that did withstand 6 international trips every year and that doesn't look pretty at all anymore but NEVER CRACKED and I will have to use again until I find a decent suitcase of a responsible brand. A very fair review would be: I loved the design, but they are not sturdy, very poor built (another customer also wrote that his suitcases were busted in his first trip, wrote about the lack of warranty and I thought it was just bad luck, maybe? being stubborn cause I loved the looks... my fault!), think about them being so thin that if they are empty u could not step on them by accident cause it could cause significant damage. The silver-grey caps in the wheels came out of the rollers in both sides (The wheels did roll amazing though: reason I gave 5 stars in maneuverability) and also note in the pictures that they didn't take a major beating at the airport or anything that would cause alarm to immediately contact the airline. They just came out! and the suitcase got busted in the bottom. The locks were very nice, the zipper was ok. The cloth in the inside: nice color but very thin you can easily poke it with a pair of heels or something. The biggest suitcase (the one that got cracked) is too heavy -more than 10 pounds, international flights allow 40 pounds-, so better be prepared to walk around with a big suitcase that cannot hold many items, think about filling it with shoes, purses or hollow items and putting most of your solid belongings in the other two little suitcases. Your carry-on will feel like lifting stones then. The carry-on piece gets used the most and with both sets the handle would get stuck and not retract. This is embarrassing when you're on a plane & you're pounding down on the handle to try to get it retracted.
