The plate holding the thermostat and timer has already seriously corroded I was advised to pay the extra for a Harvia sauna heater as they are reputed to be the best Not so! There are many better built, more reliable sauna heaters around at half the price of this rubbish Their after sales service is hopeless too! Avoid like the plague ~ Buy a different brand! Kaputt gehen kann immer mal etwas, in diesem Fall war's der Schalter des Timers nach 20 Monaten. Es ist einfach schön, wenn prompt und unbürokratisch geholfen wird - innerhalb 48 Stunden war der Ersatzteil da, kostenlos und ohne nach Garantiebelegen zu fragen etc. Mir gefällt das Produkt - der Service hat mich überzeugt!
