By their nature, herbs are slow-acting. That's why they don't have the side effects of prescription medicines. Herbs need time to accumulate & saturate your body before meaningful change or relief can occur. Sadly, many people don't realize this and will quit using a supplement, or leave misinformed opinions of the product. Dr. Sikand specifically advises his patients to use any supplement for At Least 90 days before making any judgement or decision. The scientific literature backs him up on this as it shows more gains the longer it is used. Thanks for the important question. **Q: are the same ingredients use in both formula's with the exception of the PM added ingredients, I didn't see B12 or zinc listed** A: The same Tinnitus Fighting ingredients the surgeons blended are used in both formulas, known as "Tranquility Blend". Since B12 gives you energy, it was not included in the PM formula. Since the Zinc in Tranquil Ear is more than 100% of the RDA, it was left out of the PM and replaced with Magnesium so the customer can get more nutrients in their day and receive optimal sleep with the PM formulation. My tinnitus is often more bothersome at night when everything else is so quiet and it makes it even harder to sleep. This formula has taken care of the buzzing and has restored my sleep. Highly recommend! ### ⭐ PLEASE, save your hard earned money *by R***O on September 10, 2022* I wish I had kept track of supplements I have taken over the years that proved to have NO BENEFIT. The number had I kept track would make me feel as I do every other time a supplement I have taken has failed to prove any benefit. I usually give any (miracle supplement) 45 days to be fair to said properties delivering this or that.In the case of this supplement I took it for 30 days doubling up on the dose daily by taking 1 AM and 1 PM. I am sad to say even taking it at double strength it FAILED to show even a mynute difference to the high pitched screeching I experience due to my tinnitus. This review may not make it to print due to Amazon typically supporting their vendors as at the end of the day it is all about money right? ### ⭐⭐⭐ I have mixed results *by D***K on May 7, 2022* I had been using a different product for years but the ear noise was getting really bad again so I tried a couple different products. When I started this one I got relief in about a week to the point where the ear noise reduced about 90% or more. Some noise came back so I started using both the regular and the PM. I have now used it for over 3 months. About 2 weeks ago my ear noise increased but is still around 50% reduction since I started. I am hoping to get back to 90% but only time will tell.I rate it very low as far as cost because this is very expensive.
