Keyboard arrived flawless, packaging wasn't amazing, but my keyboard is. Spilled soda on my brand new Razer Blackwidow Ultimate, as I knew that wasn't going to be covered by my warranty, I saw this refurbished keyboard on sale for about 60 bucks which the brand new is a little over a hundred dollars retail. Great deal for a great product.
