It still looks perfect. And I get happy when I use it. I see an lot of complaints on here about heat retention. This is not an insulated mug. It's just a cute ceramic coffee mug with a silicone cover that makes it easy to hold. This company does have heat-trapping tumblers, but these are just mugs. As it says in the description. It's a simple ceramic mug with a silicone sleeve instead of a handle. It's not double walled, so it does get hot when you put boiling water into it. It cools to a comfortable temp fairly quickly. It has a basic lid that is not leak proof, but protects you from splashes or dribbles.
