**Q: does this clip on? Or pin on? How does it attach to a shirt or costume?**
A: I believe off the top of my head it pins on - but this purchase for me was a huge & I mean huge disappointment - it is made out of the cheapest hallow plastic front (think old Halloween mask plastic) it is the worst waste of money - don't recommend purchasing it.

**Q: Is it actually red?**
A: Yes it is. It's VERY cheaply made. The clock on the front is a sticker placed on very thin red plastic

**Q: does this thing tick?**
A: no its just a plastic thingy with a sticker

**Q: Is the plastic hollow?  Could lights be put inside the heart?**
A: The heart cannot be open. If you were to try to open it, it would be broken.
